Everyone is More or Less Communal Around Me

I feel very bad when someone hurts my religious view.I am sure everyone will get hurt if someone hurts his or her religion.

But this very thing happens with me most of the time unexpectedly.I get these kind of treat from the people around me or who are close to me in other sense but hurts me unexpectedly.But i know and believe one thing clearly that those who hurts other religion are very little aware about their own religion.

I live in a country where the majority of people are from Muslim religion and they believe and trust that Islam is the only religion and there is no other religion other that Islam.I do not have any problem what they believe.I respect their religion 100% and sometimes i also try to learn their religion and try to adopt the good things which i find.

But the worst thing happens when someone from them tries to covert me towards their religion.At some cases they force me to adopt their religion.May be they do not know that leaving one religion is nothing but a stupidity.Cause when you leave one religion it means that you are not aware of it and do not know anything about it.If you try to learn the whole thing you will never migrate from one religion to another.

Another worst part is that when the Imam (who conducts the prayer in the Mosque) through some cheap comments.On Friday they go for an important prayer named "Jumma Namaz (Jumma Prayer)".Before this Jumma Prayer the Imam conducts a discussion session and the Imam give a lecture.Most of the time this lecture does not stay within the circle of Islam.It goes beyond the wall and it hurts the people from other religion.Cause they straight forwardly say that the people from other religion are just out of religion.They do not have any ideology.They discuss about world politics and how the Muslims deprived in the world.They also make one cruel solution.This hurts my mind.

Sometimes i just cannot tolerate this kind of things and i cannot take revenge cause i am one.As i have found or surveyed this type of communal people are from all the stages of the society.They are highly educated but they still do not believe the independent thinking.They are tied with the chain of Religion.

How I Had Fallen In Love With My Wife!

As most of the people in this modern world i also have one Facebook account.Facebook made my love come true!

In those days i was in my first job in my life and was passing the 2nd month on my new job.That was a data processing firm and i was employed as an assistant project manager.One night after coming from my office i was just browsing my newly connected internet in my room-mates PC.As i do not had a PC of my own at that time.As i already had a facebook account i just logged into my account and i was just sending some friend request randomly whom i did not even met before.While search for new friend i do not exactly remember how i got the picture of a simple,cute girl who was just fetching water from the sea.

Without thinking anything i just sent a friend request to that girl.There was no hope in my mind that the girl is going to add me in her friend list.But when i was checking my profile next day i found that i am added by that girl.With a great curiosity i check all the picture of her and seeing some picture which were from the Bengali new year i was just impressed and was checking those pictures again and again.Then i had sent a message telling her "You look so beautiful in saree!"

Next day i had got a reply which says "Thanks" to me.

Gradually the communication increased and we started to chat almost regularly.One day i just asked her whether She want to marry me or not?She was just stunned after hearing this from me!She did not answer me anything........................!

After that she did not break the communication between us but she became more conscious about this matter.My birthday is on 19th June and i was expecting a call from her.She did not call me when it was 12 pm.But i was expecting a call from her.

Around 1 pm she called me and told me to meet with her the very next day...........................!!!

A Story Close To Your Heart

This story is not written by me nor an idea of mine.I read the story someday back in a local newspaper and it touched my heart.I think your will also get something from this story.There was a school boy in a small country somewhere in Asia.He lost his father in the very early years of his life.His mother is a maid servant and earns a very little earning at the end of the month.But she loves her son more than her life.She got her son admitted in a school.Gradually her son grew up.But her son is not pleased about his mother.Cause one of her mother's eye is not in place and she can only see with her one eye.Which make her look ugly a bit.

When his mother come to school to pick him he feels embarrassed and do not introduce his mother with others.Even he is not ready to tell everyone that the woman is his mother.

This scenario continues.Ironically her son becomes a very good student and made a very good result from the school.After that he becomes an Engineer and got a scholarship to continue his higher studies .After getting the scholarship he fly abroad and just forgot his mother who made him an Engineer because of the ugliness of his mother.He told his mother not to communicate with him and told that his mother look makes him embarrassed before other people.

His mother did not tell anything to her son rather maintaining a silence she stayed and cried silently.After a couple of years her son get married with a woman abroad and continues to stay there.The son has become a father of twins.After hearing the news back home the mother heard the news through one of his friend and just got crazy to see her grandsons.She sold all her property and ornaments and buy a ticket to go there.After a month she arrived her sons house.After seeing his mother son reacted the same way as he reacted always before.

He told her mother to leave the place and not to come here again and disagreed to introduce herself with his wife.Mother came back with a broken heart but did not tell anything to anybody rather cried silently.

After 7 years her son came to his native land for some seminar where he was invited as a speaker.Magically on that very days his mother died.He heard that news and go to see the dead body of his mother and got a piece of paper which is a kind of letter.The words on the letter are like below:
"My dear son i know you hate me a lot for my look.You hate me cause i can see only by one eye.But my son this is not my fault.When you borne as baby one of your eyes was blind and i did not have any option to donate my eyes at that time.If that was my fault then please forgive me!

Slums At Dhaka

If a foreigner or even a Bangladeshi, who is living outside the country for five years or more, come to Dhaka and enters Dhaka through the airport then he will must tell that Bangladesh has developed a lot. It will seem to him that the poverty has almost gone. A foreigner will not get any impression that Bangladesh is a country which is under poverty line. But the scenario which will not be visible to a foreigner but is a reality lies in the slums of Bangladesh.

A recent survey says that 40% of the total area of Dhaka city is slum. The environments of the slums are not so suitable to live. People live in a small room where it is just impossible to live. But still they live and spend their days in this situation. The rooms in the slum where it is difficult to stay for one person 3-4 person live in that small room. They do not have any proper sanitation facility. The latrines they use are unhygienic.100-150 people share one common latrine. Still they live. The slumdewellers are deprived of education.

Now the question is why these slums are getting increased in number? There are many cause which is making the number of slums getting increased. People in rural area come to the city to get better opportunity. Many people loose their house and land because natural calamities like flood, cyclone or river erosion.So,they come to the city for better opportunity as the Dhaka city is the center of all purpose. First of all they start to live in the railway station or an open place and gradually they form an open place like slum.

Lives in a slum really not good.They are deprived of their 5 basic needs. They do not get any proper education. Even they do not have the facility to drink pure drinking water. Most of the slum dwellers are rikshawpooler,maid servants or they just do not have any job to do.

Though many non governmental organization are working with them to change their lives but the number is less and the assistance to them is not going to the right place.

The cause of this situation of this is the lake of planning in the expansion of the city. The other main cause is Dhaka is getting the central point of all the commercial and official activities. So, it is always expected to circulate the power through the country including the small towns.

Waste of Natural Gas by a bunch of stupid people!

20 years back an over populated country did not have any source of natural fuel to use at home or industrial purpose.They used to cut off the trees and used the wood to make fire and cook with this fire.Some people were using current to cook food by using a high power electrical coil which consumed a huge current,though there were not sufficient current production to satisfy the need!Suddenly they got a source to make fire by natural resource.The resource was natural Gas.The density of this natural Gas was huge.But they did not have the technology to implant a Gas plant and make use of this natural Gas.So,government decided to invite foreign company to collect the gas and distribute among the people.

People of this country get a secure source to make energy.They were happy.They used this Gas for domestic purpose,industrial purpose and for the transportation.Also they started making electric current by this Gas.The name of the country is "BANGLADESH"

But problem arises when the stock of the Gas suddenly come down in an alarming rate.On of the main cause is the wastage of this natural resource.

This wastage happens mostly in the domestic use.The people who use gas burner stove does not switch off the stove even when they are not using it.So,the gas burns 24 hours a day in some cases.Even they use this Gas to make dry their wet clothes during rainy season.They use this gas for various unnecessary purpose.Some people does not switch off the stove just because they need to use another match box stick to lighten it again.But they do not understand that the gas which they burn is much more expensive than the match box stick.

But they should understand that if we use this gas like this then our next generation will face a huge problem to get this resource.As this is not an ever ending stock.They do not even think how they are wasting this natural resource.

In most of the cases it is been seen that the maid servant who is employed in the house and cook the food is not literate or not educated.So,she without understanding anything waste this gas.But the responsible person should make understand her that this is a wastage of gas.If the responsible person looks into this matter then the maid servant will get aware of the scenario.

So,last but not the list all the people of BANGLADESH should be aware of this scenario and otherwise instead of post paid fixed paying gas system,pre paid gas supply system should be introduced.

My Rainy Dhaka !

This is rainy season in Bangladesh and in this year the rain is regular.The rainy season is a romantic season here.People get some extra emotion in the drop of rain.Some people write a huge number of poems in this rainy season cause the environment is so good to culture some poetry or literature.As i am from technical background i do not have much interest in the poetry.During the college days i also felt that this rainy season has some extra emotion which made me write some poems.
Now i am in Dhaka and the season is rainy season.Rain is regular these days but i am not getting such emotions in these days.The crowded city has just washed my emotions out from my mind.Somehow,my soft heart is buried by the noisy,crowded,polluted and monotonous city.I struggle to get a bus to come home back for my workplace.To get a public transport is like winning a war!Still people in this city are moving from one place to another without thinking anything and sacrificing all his preferences.
When i see to their faces there is no smile to their face.They are just exhausted and silent.There voice gets the peak when the problematic situation of the city gets unbearable.
Still people are coming from the small towns to Dhaka.Increasing the total number of the population of the city and making new problems.
Underground drainage system is totally unplanned and a little bit of rain causes huge problem as the water does not get any path to go to the drain.This makes the main road of the city like river.Dust floats on this water and people make their path through this water which is so unhealthy.
The conditions of the streets in the city are just like a stack of mud except some streets in the city.The place where i leave is named Khilkhet.About 0.1 million people live in this place.The narrow street which is the main entrance of this place is just impossible to use for a normal human being.The street is full of mud and does not have any proper drainage system.So,this street also gets flooded when rain falls.People still walk through this road.The elected MP(Member of Parliament) from this place is Home Minister of this country and it seems she just do not have any responsibility to solve this problem.
The tragedy is that now i cannot enjoy the rain.........now i cannot write my poem......now i have lost my creativity to create a beautiful thing cause i cannot find anything beautiful in my muddy street,in my over crowded bus!

1. In radio signal propagation, there are two kinds of signal fading. The fading caused by buildings shadow is called Slow fading (shadow fading ) .The fading caused by multi-path is called Fast fading (Rayleigh Fading) .

1. In GSM mobile communication system, there are mainly four kinds of diversity technology: space diversity, time diversity , frequency diversity and polarization diversity.

2. Time dispersion mainly refers to the problem of co-frequency interference arising from the time difference between master signals arriving at the receiver and other multi-path signals in terms of time for transmission in space (transmission distance).

3. In a GSM 900 cellular BTS, its Tx band is 935~960 MHZ, and its Rx band is 890~915 MHZ; its duplex interval is 45 MHZ, and its Carrier Frequency interval is 200 KHZ , each Carrier Frequency containing 8 full-rate physical channels.

4. Demodulation is actually a process to reflect the change to the transferred information about such Carrier Frequency parameters as Amplitude, frequency, phase .

5. Electronic map mainly includes such three subdirectories as clutter 、 heights 、vector, which keep the information ASSET can use.

6. In GSM specification, despite what frequency reuse pattern is applied, Carrier/Interference must satisfy following request. Co-frequency C/I ≧ 9 dB. Adjacent frequency C/I ≧ - 9 dB. 400KHZ deviation C/I ≧ - 41 dB. In engineering design, 3 dB more should be considered.

What is amplitude Modulation?

Modulation is defined as the process by which some characteristics of a carrier signal is varied in accordance with a modulating signal. The base band signal is referred to as the modulating signal and the output of the modulation process is called as the modulation signal.

Amplitude modulation is defined as the process in which is the amplitude of the carrier wave is varied about a means values linearly with the base band signal. The envelope of the modulating wave has the same shape as the base band signal provided the following two requirements are satisfied

01. The carrier frequency fc must be much greater then the highest frequency components fm of the message signal m (t) i.e. fc >> fm

02. The modulation index must be less than unity. if the modulation index is greater than unity, the carrier wave becomes over modulated.
