Rubabadowla who is right now chief service officer in Airtel Bangladesh is planning to leave Airltel cause she thinks that this is not her aim what she is doing.In an interview with ATN Bangla she told the interviewer that her main aim is to work for gender inequality.She wants to introduce some more customer care sector in the field of service whether it is telecommunication or other.
She also tells that she is planning to develop the condition of the woman in our society.She also expressed that she has got proper assistance and support from her family which helps him to survive in this sector.
She also suggested the married woman in our country who wants to do job to talk with their family and husband which will be a great help.Rubabadowla thinks that we always expect from our family that they will understand our situation and that does not happen and we get upset.
So,it is always better to talk with the family.She also shared some personal stories from her life.She told that she always spent her Eid in his village with a lot of people who are members of her family.
Rubabadowla's husband is an Electrical Engineer and involved in a garments business.She has a son of seven years.She got married in the early days of her university life.
