To reduce and control we need to act wisely with it.We need to change our bad habits which makes to grow acne much.
The most important point in the treatment of acne is eating habit.Eating unhealthy food and junk foods are strictly prohibited to control acne.If you eat healthy and eat lot of water and food with fiber or fruits which will keep your intestine cool are very healthy.So,at first look into your food habit and try to change it before taking any acne treatment.

Do not sleep on your face.Sleep on your back.Sleeping on your stomach also can cause a serious problem.Normally people try to ignore these remedies but these are essential to limit the acne.
It is also advised to wash your pillow cover and bed cover cause unhealthy bed cover or pillow cover are responsible for acne.
If you are stressed then stay relaxed and get some rest .Cause the stress comes out as acne in our skin.
Always keep the hands clean cause our hands get contact with our face every now and then and if we do not make those clean then our face skin will also get affected.
